Hi Olivier

To get the CSS Token feature working, you have to run through some configuration steps that are hidden away in the release notes for OBIEE 11.1.1.6 :

For the patch that's mentioned in step 4, you do not need to request the patch, but you still need the utility that was included in the patch.   In 11.1.1.6 it is included under:  <BI_ORACLE_HOME>/common/css/11.1.2.0.
