Export entrie dashboard into PowerPoint???

Hi All,

As you might know in OBIEE 11.1.1.7 there is an option to export Entire Dashboard or Specific Dashboard page to excel. It exports the current page /dashboard. I have similar requirement to export entire dashboard page into ppt. If any one knows workaround method kindly share with me. Many thanks

I have tried like below method but it doesn't work

(The above custom method work for single analysis download as ppt.

Also I have checked with My oracle support, they said its bug and they will fix in feature enhancement like that

My obiee current version:
OBIEE 11.1.1.7.13 windows environment

For this question as well as the other: I presume you mean bundle patch 11.1.1.7.131017 from 18 months ago?

Yes, but I have tried with latest bundle patch as well but its not working. Let me know if have any workaround method to fix. Thanks

Since there isn't a supported way to export entire dashboard page to ppt, I would suggest creating a BI Publisher layout for it (Edit Dashboard->Print Options->Create Print Layouts) This will create a BI Publisher Data Model and Layout. 

Not all visualizations are available in BIP so you would then customize the layout to best mimic your dashboard. There is a sample of this in the SampleApp406 under 1.10 New Features Demo -> BIP Printing Tab.

This tab has an option for View Dashboard in MS Powerpoint

For some points of clarification:

• Are you seeking to export the OBIEE dashboard to PowerPoint as a static representation of dashboard at the time of export?  Or does this need to be dynamic?
• Have you taken a look at the SmartView capabilities which would allow you to open the entire OBIEE view (or multiple views) in MS Office (PPT, Excel)?
• The Excel export option provides static images but places tables/pivot tables within the Excel cell structures. What is your full use case requirement here?
