Opal 4.2 released

Hi,

Opal 4.2 has been released. Opal is now able to handle clusters of R servers, which allows it to connect to different R execution environments (different R versions, different R packages installed), in a scalable way (load balancing). Based on these R clusters, Opal also introduces the DataSHIELD profiles: different DataSHIELD configurations can be exposed to all or restricted DataSHIELD users. 

Using Rock R server Docker images, it is now easy to deploy several R server flavors running in parallel, for a better reproducible science.
