Welcome to Rock, the new member of the OBiBa family! 

Rock is a R server with a REST API, for interacting with stateful remote R sessions in a secure and scalable way.

Rock is FAIR (interoperable, reusable) and thus can be used by any application as a computation backend. See usage example of rockr. Rock replaces the former "R server" as the new Opal R computation engine.
