[ONTOBRAS - WTDO 2026] announcement - Extended deadlines

Dear all,

We are pleased to inform you that, at the request of the community, the submission deadline for ONTOBRAS 2026 has been extended to: 14 June 2026

This extension applies to both the Main Track and the WTDO Track. Please note that this is a hard deadline, and no further extensions will be granted.

We have made every effort to extend the deadline as much as possible in order to accommodate the atypical dynamics of this joint edition of ONTOBRAS with FOIS/JOWO and the overlap of deadlines, while ensuring that acceptance notifications can still be sent in time for authors to organize their participation in the event.

Please find below the updated important dates for both tracks:

Main Track and WTDO Track

• Submission deadline: 14 June 2026 [FINAL]
• Author notification: 20 July 2026
• Final version, camera-ready, and authors’ registration deadline: 24 August 2026
• Event date: 23 September 2026
