Before: has_part software
After: has_part some is_bearer_of some is_concretization_of some software

A physical thing can't have a part which is a generically dependent continuant.

BTW, I'm a bit dubious about the definition of platform being
(logically) sufficient. It is currently

is_manufactured_by some (organization
or 'homo sapiens')
and is_specified_output_of some 'processing material'
and has_part some device
and has_part some (bearer_of some (is_concretization_of some software))

These days every little thing has some software. So I think a modern
automated multi-pipette would be classified as a platform with this
definition.
I'd suggest that we make these condition necessary rather than N&S.
