Some notes from a quick review during release processing:

ChEBI ontology can be replaced with molecular entity if there is
nothing more specific. However, now that we have MIREOT it may be
worth reviewing each use and importing a more specific term. If there
isn't one, or until there is, ChEBI ontology it can be replaced with
molecular entity.

In PCR-SSCP the input would be single-stranded DNA (CHEBI:9160)

Structure assay and nuclear magnetic resonance assay are determined to
be equivalent because both have n&s conditions that say: "has_input
some
'material entity' and has_output some datum".

These should be, in both cases, only necessary conditions.

Two other cases of N&S conditions that should only be N conditions are
Tumor grading and Sequencing.

Can we fix these before release?
