[Obi-instrument-branch] next instruments calls

Me and Frank can't make it to the next instruments call (due to the
ontogenesis meeting http://ontogenesis.ontonet.org/moin/NetworkMeeting7 ).
I am off (for xmas vacation) the 23.12 until January.
In general we need to find a successor for the instruments branch
leader role, as I am leaving EBI in January. I can not say a 100 percent
yet, if I can keep this role in my new position.

I would propose to decide on resuming instrument calls on the 6th of
January.
As per finding a successor for Daniel on the instrument branch, what
about having a co-leader for a while?
I'm thinking Frank or myself, the "regular instrumenters", but could
be anybody else wishing to do it. (Frank, I volunteered you, but feel
free to say no)
If Daniel can't stay involved later on the co-leader would take the
lead, if Daniel can keep working on the instrument branch he wouldn't
loose his leader status.
Just my suggestion, alternative ideas welcome.

I have updated the calendar accordingly. As far as the change of
leader, lets wait until we get 100% confirmation of exactly what
Daniel is able to do in the new year.
