EEOO: sthg processed coming from org

we want to tighten that up: focus on extracted part that are used for
studies and measurements made on those are kind of proxy for orignal
parts

extracted subclassed as (sample of whole extracted e.g. liver biopsy,
vs. whole extracted e.g. heart extraction for transplant)

EEOO as subclass of EOO

specified output of (material separation and has_specified_input some

EOO are output of material separation, whole organism are not
putting mouse on scale is not a whole organism preparation

AR: let's remember the three high level cases though, whatever we call
them: collection of secreted stuff. Taking of parts, transformation of
whole.
