I noticed the Booze Hounds, Juice Jedi, and Galactically Stupid list were missing some members.

I have copies of the lists from the end of '02.  These are not complete but should help your OnSec fill in a few of the missing members.

HHHeya! This group mail doesn't get acknowledged as often as it should, as the turnover at Osan is always so high. I'll ensure the right people in mismanagement have access to the lists as appropriate! Thanks for taking the time to help keep the inglorious historical records accurate!
