With the recent changes improving the matching of specialized generic
overloads, a handful of bug fixes, and improvements to the SkipXXX
element functionality (discussed previously on this list), I've posted
a new binary release.

New stuff (courtesy of webbie. Thanks!):

- The 'name' and 'type' attributes on all SkipXXX elements now accept
simple wildcards (*,?) and full regular expressions for filtering
types and member names. Regular expressions are identified by a
starting '^' character (which is included in the regular expression)

- Changed output syntax for members in mapping file from
'AssemblyName, TypeName' to '[AssemblyName]TypeName' for improved
readability
