Will this obscure silverlight xap file contents?

No, Obfuscar cannot handle Silverlight xap files.
It might be possible to obfuscate the assemblies before the xap file
is packed. Of course all type and member names which are referenced in
XAML files must be skipped from obfuscation.
I never tried to use Obfuscar with Silverlight, so this is all I can
say.
