Greetings all,
I hope everyone has had a smooth transition back to school. We're gearing up for a great semester at the Pottery Coop! But first, some housekeeping. My name is Olive (she/her), a fourth-year Psychology major, and I'm one of your co-presidents for this school year! Listed below are the other members of Coop leadership:
Leadership:
Co-presidents: Olive, James, and Rosalie
Access-cos: Marley, Mimi
Treasurer: Emerson
Feel free to come to us with questions, concerns, or suggestions! All members are welcome to attend our biweekly leadership meetings, and we'll let everyone know when they're occurring.
Orientations:
All members, old and new, are required to attend a Coop orientation. There's vital information we need to disseminate to all of our members in order to keep the Coop functioning!
Orientation Times:
BIPOC Intro Pottery Exco:
Marley is teaching BIPOC Intro Pottery this semester! This course serves as an introduction to wheel throwing and a safe space for students and community members who are BIPOC-identifying. Marley is an incredible teacher and artist, so be sure to sign up and share! No experience in pottery or other art mediums is necessary. Sign-ups are due tonight at midnight.

Office Hours:
Members of Coop leadership have office hours for Coop members to come ask questions, hang out, or chat! We ask that you note and respect the conditions of some of the office hours.
Workshops:
In lieu of a general Intro Exco, we're planning on hosting a workshop series this semester. These will include intro wheel throwing, intro trimming, glazing, hand building, and more! Workshops will begin in October, so stay tuned!
We're excited to have you all back! If you gave us your email at the Exco Fair, please be sure to subscribe to the Coop Google Group.
