FINAL GAS FIRING: Sunday 5/11/25

1. This weekend!! Last two bisque firings before the gas firing will prioritize cone 10 pieces and will be loaded Tuesday and Thursday evening.
2. Sign up to help prep, load, and unload
3. Kiln-watch sign-ups will be sent out later this week!

SENIOR SHELF (For Gas Firing ONLY)

There is a shelf marked upstairs (see picture below), for any cone 10 pieces you need fired in our last gas firing, so plan to have all your pieces glazed by the last day of class (5/9). This is so we know which pieces have to be fired, and we can prioritize to minimize abandoned work.

SUMMER 2025 SWIPE ACCESS

1. If you would like to have swipe access and join the summer google group fill out this form!

LEADERSHIP 2025-26 INTEREST FORM

1. Look over these position descriptions! If something catches your eye and you're interested in joining leadership, send us an email!

ACCESSIBILITY FORM

1. As we near the end of the year use this form to let us know what we can improve for the fall. Alternatively air all your grievances. This form is anonymous, so go to town!
2. We are particularly interested in feedback on updates to the co-op that we made this year i.e. swipe access, requiring co-op hours, the electric kiln sign-up...

GLAZE WORKSHOP

1. Sign up for a glaze workshop with Veronica on Wednesday (5/7)! This counts towards service hours since you'll be glazing pieces for Empty Mugs 2025

SIGN UP FOR SHIFTS

3. Electric Kiln Load
4. Have shifts to fill, but need to do them on your own schedule? Email us! or if everything fills up!

Hi Rosalie, I filled out the form for summer access … when it asked if I had an ID card ye t, I Assume that meant a swipe access card or an Oberlin College ID card. If it meant another type of card, please let me know.

I just filled out the form for summer access. Happy to help in any way, with the caveat that if the raw clay supply in any of the big bins is low, then I'll need a volunteer to refill them, as I'm not up to lifting 50 lb bags :)  Thank you!
