GAS FIRING 11/9: Sign up for shifts

Hi potters, 

We will be firing the gas kiln this Sunday 11/9. In order to do so, we need you all to sign up for kiln prep shifts this coming week. As a reminder, you each need to complete 6 service hours by the end of this semester, and failure to do so will result in you losing your membership. So, this is a great opportunity to get some of your hours done. 

Here are the things you can sign up for: We need a few folks to sign up to help Mike pack up the pieces currently on the tables in the kiln shed on Thursday at 4:00pm. We need a couple of folks to help Jack do some work prepping the Kiln shelves on Friday at 1:00pm. And we need a couple of folks to help us load the kiln on Saturday at 10:00am. 

You can sign up here. Please only sign up if you are sure you can make it. Please do not knock anyone off the sign up sheet. 

And, as always, if you're interested in learning how to fire the gas kiln, please reach out; we're always looking for new kiln fire-ers. 

Also, while you're here, a reminder that bone-dry pieces will be purged this Wednesday. Come move your pieces if you do not want them to be purged.
