Ober-Yogis,

If you want to get in on this bow-chicka-wow-wow oberlin yogasource discount (10$/class)  please put your name and your desired number of classes on this spreadsheet (we just have to get 80 or more classes total).

First priority goes to oberliners, obviously, but if there aren’t 8 of us who want in then I’m going to invite some eager outsiders...

Hi Max,

That is completely up to you all on the shared package to divide the classes as you'd like to. Our overall payment is $800, and however that divides among the group it doesn't really matter to us, and we don't keep track of that. :) Maximum number of people on shared account is 8 for the rate you're being given.

Hope that makes sense!

with gratitude,

Kristin,

I’m so stoked that you’re keen on the idea! I’ll get back to you later in the week with the names/numbers.

Question: Is it alright if the “shares” are uneven across the 8 people? e.g. One person gets 15 and someone else gets 5?

Hi Max,

That sounds like an arrangement that we could make happen! :)
So to make it clear, your $800 for 80 classes would only be usable for the 8 people in your co-op. It is a very generous discounted rate, so unfortunately we won't be able to allow anymore people to share the classes other than the 8 names you provide me with.

So, I will need the 7 other names of the people that will be on this group package. Your account (name) will be the main contact for this group rate, so all of these people will actually be connected to your account.

You currently have 6 classes left on your student package, just so you know. :)

How would you like to pay for these classes?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Kristin,

My name is Max. I live in a co-op in Palo Alto with 7 other Stanford grad students. The 8 of us have all started coming to Yoga Source this month and we’re loving it! Most of us just finished the 30-day unlimited deal though, and motivation to go to yoga has dropped considerably because basically no one can afford it. I personally have been going like 5 days a week and I really want to continue!

I was wondering if you might consider giving our house a "group student discount" if we bought a massive package together (like 80 classes for 800$) all at once. Or, if it’s more appealing for you, we could pay as a group for a *monthly unlimited* rate. I talked to the people at the front desk last night, and to Christine after class, and they all thought it was a great idea!

If we could arrange some kind of discount, then I think I could definitely convince my roommates to buy a package together. But otherwise…. I think it’s probably going to be just me from now on lol.

Let me know what you think :)
