Oberlin 2284 toilet issued

Hi Erika,

Hope you are doing well. We're having some trouble with the plumbing in 2284 lately. The back toilet has backed up completely. We've tried to unclog it by pumping it and turning the water off and on, but no luck. The front toilet also seems to be experiencing some leakage. Water pools around the floor and we think it might be coming from a pipe. 

We received a flier in the mail from the City of Palo Alto utilities advertising a free service where by they send someone to the house to inspect a possible sewer crossbore - when a gas line intersects with a sewer line. The flier says the city utilities should be called before having a plumber out. The number to call for this service is 650-496-6995. Please let us know how we should proceed.
