dinners next week + July 4th

Hi all,

First things first, we need to schedule cooks for this upcoming week. I can't do Monday this week, but should be able to do other day.

Thing 2 which might affect the above is if we want to plan something super fun for this upcoming 4 day weekend (thurs-sun) for those who has it. There was some talk about either going to Santa Baraba or doing a few smaller trips down here. Are people interested? Lets kick some ideas around.
