So I attempted to pay my bill Friday using the mycricket app. The app crashed during payment processing. Now I have a hold for the total of my bill in my bank account but cricket has no record of being payed. Cricket can't do anything. The bank can't do anything. By the time I wait for the funds to be put back in my account so I can pay my phone bill my phone will be cut off. I'm going to try going to a cricket store to straighten it out but at this point I'm not sure it will do any good.
