RTP Multicast over Wireless Link

Does anyone have some good settings they have used to get a stable broadcast over a ubiquiti or microtik wireless link?
I have some tearing and dropped frames even though the connection has a good 130Mbps of throughput available.

Maybe increase latency on the output? Bandwidth might be good but probably high latency.

You could try to use SRT for transport over the wireless link. SRT has several options for buffering and recovering dropped packets.
