Receiving a video stream and outputting it using a DeckLink card

New to OBE so apologies if this seems like a very basic request!

I would like to to receive an IP video stream (most likely RTP) and output it to the installed DeckLink card.

What config commands do I need to enter to do this?

Not looking to build a script for this just yet, just need the basic commands for testing all I/O is working correctly.
