System x264

Building obe-vod on MinGW with AVISynth input, but the resulting exe crashes on both passes of execution of 1080i/50 x264 basic command line.

I do get a warning "x264 [warning]: interlace + weightp is not implemented", although config output says interlaced:yes

Thought I'd try using system x264, but dont seem to be able to get the configure to recognize my library. Am I right in thinking libx264.a should be in MinGW/lib (same place as libmpegts.a) and libx264.h should be in MinGW/include?

Am I missing anything?

sorry, never tryied on win platform ... currently using a linux x64 platform
