Access modifier for SqlSelectClauseImpl constructor

Hi,

I am trying to implement a new querying strategy for the Phenoscape
project, and need to use the SqlSelectClauseImpl class to specify
columns that need to be selected. The constructor for this class was
set to "default," and I was unable to access it in the OBDAPI project.
I have changed the modifier to "public" and recreated the JAR file for
BBOP with the new change. Please let me know if this is OK with all of
you. I have actually committed the change to the GeneOntology SVN, so
if this is not fine, please do roll it back. Let me know either ways.
