Hi,

I notice that there are around 2400 terms from the Teleost Taxonomy
Ontology (TTO) that are loaded into the database without the source id
associated with the TTO. There are another 34000 odd terms however,
that make it into the database with the source ids intact. There is a
consistent set of terms (such as TTO:1) that are stored with their
source ids and another consistent set of terms such as Danio Rerio
which are stored also, but without their source ids. I've investigated
this a little bit today. It would be very helpful if you can shed some
light on this issue. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Cartik
