The database is called OBD, The Open Biomedical Ontologies Database.
It's developed in our group, not by FlyBase.

- It's a general purpose ontologies-based annotation database, not
just for PATO based annotations. Having said that, the current
contents of the main OBD instance is phenotype centric
- We're currently housing phenotype annotations from human/OMIM,
Zebrafish, Mouse, fly (soon). We'd love to have Xenopus ones in there
too, if you can make them available
