New Feature alert

Hey All,

The obcode team has added a new feature that allows for hour comparison, and example is a fule that runs every hour, checks if a campaign's cpa is bad, pause the campaign, every following day enable it at the first hour of the day (bet midnight and 1am EST) 

we also added the option to run a rule once a day with the option to choose if it will run at the beginning or the end of the day, see both attachments,
