by number of sessions do you mean number of clicks you have received from a specific section? so something like if I received more than 30 clicks on a section block this section? 

this should look something like this, or you can change clicks to impressions if you wish (under metrics)

1.how can I optimize with cpc under performance publisher.

2.how can I deliver a campaign only specific publisher (sample-sample1.Com).

*I don’t want to deliver that specific campaign other publisher.(need to ignore all of publisher other than specific publisher name (sample1.com

Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver a campaign only for specific publisher and also raise cpc for a performance publisher

Single Campaign By publishers Clicks more than/Equal 50.

Only need to deliver clicks only those publishers (more than 50 clicks sections only ). 

same time Need to stop delivering other publishers (clicks less than 50).

For next 7 days.
