adjusting campaign bid by hour

Hiii! 

Is it possible to create a rule that adjusts the bid of the campaign during specific hours of the day. 

it would need to be based on performance as well as the hour. 

so for example: at 10pm and 5am lower the campaign bid by 15% on the condition the cpa is x amount lower than campaign average. and then increase the bid back to its original not during those hours.

It's an idea we've been thinking on adding for a while, I'll add that to our backlog and try to implement this option soon
