I do familiar with this option,
But most of the time I use it it didn't work as I expected.
If I set a value to the conversion,
I expect the automation to help me gain more converstion from section that get less traffic and cheap conversions by raise it's bid
I also expect the algorithm not to raise my bid, if I can get cheaper clicks which convert from the same section,
So I work with semi automation and OB code, allow me to lower the bid whenever cpa is too high, or raise it when cpa is really low
