Hey, I have a piece of positive news to share. I raised the mold issue
with the resident manager - just to see if he had any recommendation
for a professional cleaning company. Instead, he offered to come to
the apartment yesterday. He and his team cleaned up the mold and
repainted the wall. All these without a charge. Am very grateful.
