When you guys were preparing your mortgage paperwork, who did you contact from OBBP about the certificate of insurance, flood policy declaration, and all that good stuff?

If I recall correctly, that's information that your attorney or bank
should get from RAL's attorney. If not, contact Ken Gelman and ask
him. KGe...@RALCompanies.com

Usually, the bank will ask for those documents to be sent directly to
them, not from you.

Thanks Luis. Turns out that the mortgage broker from First Meridian takes care of it. Glad he's doing something to earn that commission.
