much closer. thanks to karl for some great work on the tabs. once we
get fixes for the donate and item links (alaa), and the text wrapping
(me) and i think it's ready for the AMO sandbox.

i made some text wrapping changes last night. good enough for now, but
it's not perfect. i updated the todo list w/ suggested fixes.
