unfortunately this is not configurable. firefox will update it every
15 mins though, which should be sufficient:

I agree with you about sandboxing tonight, getting initial feedback and continuing to iterate over the weekend, and officially launching on Monday, with the start of the convention. 

Karl & Alaa - It would be awesome if we could build the News Upate feature over the weekend and include this feature in the strong launch. This feature has a lot of potential as it can get the Obama supporter updated & involved in the browser without the user having to do anything.

found a bug wherein all the feeds are duplicated each time you restart
the app. pushed the fix. new xpi attached.

feel free to delete all of the old feeds. if missing, they're
recreated at startup.
