Biography of Arkie Jairus Tarr – Organizing Secretary
Arkie Jairus Tarr is a Liberian youth advocate, political activist, and Organizing Secretary of OAYouth with vast experience locally and regionally; he have served in several capacity as a youth leader, represented his country’s youth at major meeting of the world aimed at the development of our great planet. Educationally, He is a 3rd year Bachelor student reading Criminal Justice and Sociology; He also hold a certificate in basic database management, graphic and layout design, as well as an advanced training in book publishing, designs and basic Content Management System, web design (CMS).
His experiences in social networking and blogging have proven to be an asset since he joined the team at OAYouth. He is a social worker, and care about the empowerment of his peer to have a better society fifty years later with a motto: “participate and commit to act” based upon his conviction to motivate and empower African youth he feel obliged to served through OAYouth as a perfect medium with same objectives and vision.
