Hi all!

At the last potluck we talked about having a New Year's get together-
maybe meeting at Stickyfingers for lunch, taking a tour of the capitol
or so, and then going to Pete's Apizza for dinner (they have pizza
with Teese!). We had discussed going on Jan 3/4...

So, anyone have any preferences or ideas?

Hey all,

Either day should work for me. Saturday might be better, since I might be interested to watch playoff Football later on which starts that weekend (I can also tape it). Not sure I will be up for a DC tour this time, I think it would be more fun to do it on the bikes in the spring!

So, I would prefer to get together around lunch time, perhaps leaflet pro veg literature for a while, and then go have a lunch. Or have lunch first and then do leafletting at a nearby subway station. Or do the same around the dinner time. Or, I should you guys decide to do the DC tour, I could join you for either lunch or dinner.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Vlad

p.s. Are busineses open on Jan 1st? That would be another possibility around dinner time.

The 4th is not good for me any longer, we (Humane League of Baltimore) are having a meeting that day. But I just found out that COK is having a benefit night at the Vegetable Garden on Jan 1st, http://www.cok.net/events/#event0656  so this could be another opportunity to get together for dinner and support COK at the same time.

Ashley and I will be out of town the next two weeks, but coming back that weekend. We probably won't be able to make it, we'll be driving back from Florida, and may be a bit too tired to do anything.

Hi all- I hope you're having a happy holiday :)

Do we want to try to go to the Vegetable Garden on the 1st for our
next meeting? Or do we still want to shoot for that Sunday?

Ok, so the 4th? Maybe we can also plan a time that won't interfere
with the Humane League of Baltimore's meeting... what times work for
people on the 4th?

Hey all, it could be hard for me to get out on that weekend, so plan without me this time. It will be easier after mid January.

Also, I've got a couple of new bikes ( one ti and one steel for the trainer), so my 2006 58cm Tirreno raza  has to go ( it is a brand build by Performance bike shop, I think it is Fuji aluminum frame set with carbon seat stays, carbon fork and seatpost, 105 triple FD and 9 speed 105 RD, Forte stem, handle bars and brakes  ) it has under 3K miles on the frame and components.

It it is nice, deep green Organic Athlete theme color. It could be a nice bike as a back up, for a rainy day or for the trainer. I am looking to get somewhere around $450, let me know if anyone is interested before I put it on the craigslist.

I'm thinking you should just say it'll be on the fourth and get a survey of what time works best for everyone...we can't please everybody but it'll be nice to get as many on board as possible.
