Poplar Springs 5K

I'm trying to see who would be interested in doing this 5K. This is
a fully vegan run event and mostly all of the runners will be vegan.
That means you can run hard if you want or just take it as a fun
social activity while burning some calories at the same time. I'm
probably not gonna train for it much other than run once a week but I
will do my best during the run and I'm sure I'll have a good time.

I'm good friends with one of the organizers and I promised her we'd
have some OA members doing event(I know one will be there for
sure:). If some you don't want to run it would be great if a few of
you would volunteer and help out...or maybe talk to runners about
Organic Athlete.

I know its very early but she just wants to see the interest.

So far it looks like we've got three....thats great for now...but
hopefully that grows!!!

Oh...I forgot to mention she wants a list of email addresses for
everyone who may be interested. Just send me a personal email if any
of you want to be on that list!!!

Yes, sign me up! Any idea of when/where the event is? Also, are you going to the Natural Zing Thanksgiving Potluck? I think I'll be out of town for the OA one at your home, but I'd be happy to take a turn hosting!

Doing the Poplar run is one of our (mine and Scott's) yearly traditions, so we will definitely be there!  Add 2 more to the list!
