Who is interested to meetup on August 22nd? Would Sunday August 23 be better?

If you are interested, what sort of activity would you prefer? A hike, a bike ride, a run followed by a picnic at some park in DC area, or just a picnic, or meetup for lunch at some local veg restourant/cafe.

At the meetup we could get to know each other, perhaps find training partners, and plan our social outings and athletic events for the next few months, as well as have some fun playing in the sun - volley ball, frisbee or what not, please suggest things!

Please reply by the end of this week if you are interested.

I wish I could make it on Aug. 22, but I am going to a bridal shower that afternoon. So Sunday would be better for me ( I vote hiking ,only because I don't have a bike).

Glad you are interested to come hang out with us! What type of bike do you have? How many miles do you usually run?

Hey Vlad,

I work on Sunday mornings until 9:30 then I have something at 2:00 in the afternoon on the 23rd (it seems like everything is on Sundays and I always miss out).

I haven't been running long runs in a while but I'm up for anything under 15 miles. I would rent or borrow a bike since I don't have one.
