Fast Money-NO SUCH THING

To those who question how to make money fast.
There is no such thing.
There is no fast road to riches. If there are people out there telling you this, they are scamming.
I have, fortunetly, worked all my adult life. With 12 years of military service, 4 years of self-employment
in the real estate industry I have found that in order to get ahead in life you must plan to succeed. No one
ever plans to fail but many fail to plan.
I have read many articles about make fast money in real estate buying and selling with no money down. I have
found this to be ludicrous. This may have been the case 15 years ago but the type of market has long since
been saturated and no longer viable. Lets face it- to buy real estate you need money. Unless you were born
filthy rich were are you going to get it. THE BANK! Do you have good credit? Maybe! Do you have a good
long term job? Maybe! Unless you are a veteran do you have 3%+ to put down? Probably not! Even if you did
find a no money down deal were are you going to get the 3-6% closing costs?
I had a friend who tried to sell water filtration system - which was MLM. He had to buy inventory and try to
sell that inventory and get pres under him. He found out it wasn't as good a deal as they pictured it to be.
He was lucky and that the Fed's caught onto this deception and he was able to get his money back on his
inventory. A sad case but true.
Even AMWAY is MLM. But in order to be up with the big boys you have a long road to walk.
You see its just hipe to get you buy into a product and making the seller the millionaire. Except with AMWAY
or any of those the big name MLM company's. They lay it on the line and you have to make it work.
My suggestion is to find something you enjoy doing and give it 110%. Plan your future. Go for it.
Now, you maybe saying to yourself, here comes the sell. No, not really. Yes I want you visist my sites
below. But I am not going to tell you, you will become rich overnight. It won't work, no matter what anybody
tells you. It just won't happen. It takes time. I jsut started in the business with FCI as a rep. I don't
expect to see any funds before 3-5 months. Yes I said 3-5 months. After that I except money to start coming
in slowing but surely. I don't expect to make a million in a year. I do expect to be making a sizable income
in about a year.
All I ask is for you take a look. IF you don't like it you know how to exit the site.
I am still self-employed and hold a second job as well as my wife having a full time job. This is extra
income that won't tale up too much of time and I ENJOY it. I get to paly with my toy - the computer!
