"My name is Ari Romanoff. I'm a freshman at Newark Academy in Livingston, NJ, and over the past few months, I've been building Project Logos (project-logos.org), which is a platform of recorded interviews with environmental scientists. I started it after noticing that most people/teenagers get their information about environmental science from social media, politicians, and activists, rather than from the scientists doing the actual research. The conversations are short, and focused on making science accessible in a clear, and particularly nonpartisan way. So far, I've published eleven interviews with scientists at UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara, ASU, the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, Montclair State, York University in Canada, and Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. If you think any of your students might be interested in watching, sharing, or getting involved, I'd love to hear from you." aroma...@newarka.edu
