Hi All!

Note that as Junior teams, you should be paying Junior team and individual fees. Please email us if the system doesn't let you register as a Junior team.

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for the registration information!

I will ask the typical question that we (junior organizers) receive...

Can chaperones access the venue during the public open hours without paying the team registration fee or a smaller entry fee? If the latter, how much a day? This means that chaperons cannot go to the party but can watch games during the public open hours.

Cheers Amy

Hi Amy,

As far as I can tell from the table it's $160 regular registration for everyone. Note of course that the team registration fee is to register the team, then each individual registers under the team. (It's coincidence that they all happen to be the same amount.)

Beyond that, I think that's a question for regist...@robocup.org as the fee side of the house is rather outside my domain. :-)

Cheers!

Oh and just realized an English ambiguity ... when I say it's $160 regular registration for everyone, what I mean is that students, mentors, and chaperones each pay $160 and then it's another $160 for the team ... The registration system (Cvent) should handle the math automagically though.

(Again usual caveat, fees aren't my domain apart from making sure RMRC teams are correctly classed as Junior ... anything beyond that will need to be answered by regist...@robocup.org .)

I asked because there are some chaperone who save money by just purchase daily admission fees. I don't know what the plan is this year. The contact trustees should have the information.

Hi Amy,

Of course anyone is welcome to come as a spectator (and I understand that there is no entry fee for spectators) although they will not be allowed in the team areas or any of the participant events.

Cheers!

Yes. But having the option is better. Sorry for being hard. But it's useful information for teams.
