Hi All!

On behalf of the RMRC Committee, I'm delighted to report (early!) that
all 6 teams who submitted TDMs have qualified! The teams are:

- MakerLab ResQ
- Team Bento
- Willi-Bots
- Cloud Robotics
- Creative Town
- Mechatronics Rescue Team

We will also be joined by teams who qualified through regional opens.

Just a reminder that the next steps for all qualified teams are:

- Register for RoboCup 2025. I understand that the registration team is
finalizing arrangements to open registration so please keep an eye out
for an announcement. I'll try and forward it here when I hear it but I
also recommend anyone who isn't already on the robocup-worldwide mailing
list to join it (see https://lists.robocup.org to join -
robocup-worldwide is on the last page of the list of lists). Note that
RMRC teams are considered Junior teams (even though you compete in the
Major arena) so Junior fees apply. I *believe* you will register through
the Major link but I will confirm once the registration page is up.
(Note that the system has all of the team names so it shouldn't let you
register in the wrong category.)

- Make your arrangements to attend RoboCup! See
https://2025.robocup.org/practical-information/ . Please pay attention
to the recommendations for safety and accommodations. The Local
Organizing Committee has been careful to select recommended hotels in
safer areas.

- By the 1st of July, submit your Updated TDM to this list! Note that
this will be scored according to how well it teaches other participants
something interesting, cool, or useful that your team did, with the
score used as a multiplier on your preliminary competition score. Some
of you actually submitted Qualification TDMs that would also work well
for Updated TDMs and we do ask that you update it with what you've
actually done.

Of course please do post to this mailing list any questions you might have!

Cheers!

- Raymond
