Hi All,

Some of you may have noticed that the scoring spreadsheet is no longer
world-readable. We are currently investigating two issues and have
locked the sheet as we investigate as we have had reports that some
individuals are using it to harass people.

Please be assured that it will be re-opened and teams will have an
opportunity to check it over before an announcement is made.

Again I remind you that harassment of any people, including those in
charge of running the competition, over this or any other matter, is not
acceptable and subject to sanction as discussed in my previous email. We
take this very seriously. Please keep your interactions professional,
respectful, and courteous. Everyone is a volunteer.

Cheers!

Hi All,

As several of you may have noticed (including several of you who have
sent repeated share requests), the scoring spreadsheet is currently
locked (possibly again - I now think it never got unlocked and I
mis-spoke when I previously said it had been unlocked - I suspect that
I, and perhaps some others, were looking at a cached version).

As mentioned, we are still investigating so the numbers in the sheet are
currently not final, and not useful to anyone right now who is not part
of the committee actively investigating. Please don't send additional
requests for access. The sheet will be unlocked in time for people to
check it prior to final announcements.

Cheers!

- Raymond

Hi All,

We're still working in the background on releasing the full set of
scores, we've hit some procedural/policy delays and I apologize for
that! I believe we have spoken with the teams that most/all of the
requests have come from prior to finalizing the awards. If there are any
remaining questions, please do let us know at in...@rrl-rmrc.org and we
can see what we can do to address them.

We also appreciate everyone who has sent in their concerns and feedback,
please know that we take all of these seriously, even if, consistent
with RoboCupJunior practice, we keep details of adverse findings against
teams only to those with a need to know. Where appropriate, we
incorporate lessons learned into future guides and rulebooks to make our
expectations clearer to future teams.

Cheers!

- Raymond
