Updated sensor crate specifications

Hi All!
As mentioned in previous emails and in the discussion documents, we've been working on our own, RMRC specific specification for the sensor crate. The previous build guide pointed at the Major RoboCupRescue Robot League sensor crate but things have shifted in the meantime and I figured it was time we had our own specifications.
Please have a look at the working draft of the arena construction guide[1], section "Sensor crates and door" (currently page 51 but this might have shifted by the time you read this) and leave your comments!
This also matches up with the "Sensor Crate" section of the rulebook[2] which several of you have been very helpfully going through and leaving comments. I've been going through and committing comments and adjusting things to answer concerns raised ... I believe we're at "content complete" at this point (as in we could run the competition off what is up there now), remaining edits are mostly for clarity and consistency, and to add convenience items like printable scoresheet for the non-lap-based tests. Of course, if you have any content edits/comments, please do point them out and we'll see what we can do but we really are at the stage where we should be locking things down.
The rulebook has also turned into somewhat of a "rulebook for rules lawyers", mostly because RMRC (and RRL in general) is a complicated game with lots of corner cases. A page-per-test summary (the original goal of the rulebook) is coming ... if you feel like helping out with this, please do let me know!
