Hi All!

For several years we have been using a generic tallying scoresheet for
all of the tests in RMRC. This worked quite well when all of the tests
were either a matter of counting laps or otherwise simply tallying up
scores.

RMRC has become more complicated with the addition of autonomy, sensing,
and dexterity and, while it is still possible to just tally up scores, I
figured it would be beneficial to have separate score sheets for the
tests that are not lap based, to avoid confusion in the chaos of the
competition.

I also took this opportunity to create a separate scoresheet for the
finals. As many of the tests have slight variations when moving from
preliminaries to finals (mostly removing some options for scoring), I
figured it would be useful to have the scoresheet reflect this, with
removed options taken out or blanked out. I'm hoping that this will also
help to avoid confusion!

The current version is available from
https://cloud.robocup.org/s/kJKMsryx6R3sTBN ! My intent is to follow
what we have already discussed and presented in the rules discussions.
If you see something that looks like it runs contrary to your
understanding of the rules, please do let us know so we can make sure to
fix the issue, be it correcting a mistake or improving the explanations.

In the process of creating these scoresheets, I've also come across some
ambiguities in the rulebook and construction guide that I've updated.
I've been keeping up a changelog at the ends of both documents to make
it clear what has been updated/clarified since the last "final" version.

Cheers!

- Raymond
