No. of Positions	US IT Technical Bench Sales Recruiter with 1-3 years’ experience: 3 positions For Freshers: 3 positions
Job Description	·         Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. ·         Experience placing H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants. ·         Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate ·         Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, etc. ·         Willing to work as per US Eastern timings which be a night shift in India.   Note - We're looking for Candidates who can join within a week.
Desired Profile For Experienced Candidates:	·         2+years’ experience in US IT Recruitments. ·         Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. ·         Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. ·         Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment. ·         Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
