PeopleSoft Financials AR/Billing Functional Support Business Analyst
This is a Managed Services position to provide functional expertise and guidance to client users working in the Accounts Receivable, Billing, Contract and Project Costing areas of a PeopleSoft 9.1 Financials/Supply Chain production environment.
The position includes providing initial triage of user reported production issues, troubleshooting and review of application configuration, and developing recommendations to resolve issues through system and/or business process changes.
The position will also be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, performing application configuration, and supporting user acceptance testing for approved minor system enhancements.
Looking for a strong leader who can provide depth of functional expertise in AR, Billing, Contract and Project Costing; and who has an understanding of best practices from both a business and PeopleSoft perspective.
Experience in GL also preferred.
Role provides advice and support for key client issues, using technology, data services and change management effectiveness skills to provide you with the best solution.
Enterprise application services we provide include the following:
Architecture: Rationalizing a portfolio of applications from integrated systems, best-of-breed solutions, and other software implemented over the years or inherited with mergers and acquisitions
• Selection: Facilitating an objective, fact-based process to weigh the most viable options for integrated systems (e.g. ERP) and/or best-of-breed, point solutions
• Implementation: Assessing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Oracle and SAP system components to meet business requirements
• Optimization: Assessing and redesigning processes in Oracle, SAP, or other leading ERP systems.
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
