Peace Walk Announcement Tomorrow

Hey Peeps,
The block party is just a week away and I am excited about what
everyone is doing to get ready. This is going to be a blast!
Tommorow at Sacred Space we should make one last announcement.

Perry, we need to really give them time, as this is the last
opportunity. They should be the first announcement.

Nhuanh, could you ask the church to step up and fill in any of the
Gaps? Most of the stuff is in place and I think it will come together
well, but I think the church could step in more.

Robyn, ask people to go out and publicize again, and could you give
people a breakdown of what is going on overall, and then ask each of
the different groups to stand up so people can see who is doing what,
and could you have especially Jared and Eboni, talk about games and
pass out a separate sign up for peopel to be in charge of different
games and activities that they are planning, and do one for food?

Jared, could you prepare a list of games and activities with room for
people to sign up?

Alex and Stephen, could you also pass a sign up for food?

Shandell should also tell people aobut the chalk art that we will be
doing on the street. I will call and tell her.

I think those are the main ones to get more sign ups still.
