Come to the Oakland Wiki meeting to share questions and ideas, or just work on your own thing! Potential and new editors are warmly welcomed! There will be computers for your use, friendly folks, and snacks.

UPCOMING OAKLAND AND SF WIKI EVENTS

[Saturday, Oct. 25, 12-5p] Inspired by the events in Ferguson, LOL (a POC-led makerspace), will be hosting an Oakland Wiki editathon to document local black history and issues that affect the black community. This event is part of the Eastside Arts Alliance's Black and Chican@ Arts Movement 50th anniversary block party, so expect lots of food and fun things! [Directions]

[Sunday, Oct. 26, 4-6p] On Sunday, Double Union (a feminist hackerspace), will be hosting a San Francisco LocalWiki editathon to document feminist/trans/queer/women-centered spaces and history. [Directions, Policies (please read)]
