Please forward the below message to everyone you know in Oak Hills. There is no single email list for all homeowners and residents, so we’re counting on everyone making sure their neighbors are included -- thank you!

Dear Owners, Residents, and Neighbors in Oak Hills,

The Restated Declaration of Restrictions (RDRs), commonly referred to as our CC&Rs, contain the rules and regulations of our neighborhood. The OHHA Board of directors appointed the RDR Review Committee to review our governing documents and recommend improvements to those documents. Our mission is to recommend modifications and clarifications to our governing documents that reflect the desires of our community. To that end, the Research and Data Collection Subcommittee (R&DC) has gathered feedback from homeowners via a website, email, Town Halls, and committee meetings. This survey is our attempt to find out how every homeowner in Oak Hills feels on the issues that have been brought to us.

This survey is ready and available to take online right now at http://www.OakHillsBusiness.net. We will accept responses to this survey until Sunday, May 15th.

You have likely received, or will receive, a paper copy of this survey. We respectfully request that the survey is completed online to save paper and to save time in processing the results. Unused surveys should be returned to the survey drop box locations, as they will be redistributed to homeowners who need new paper copies. If you need assistance returning a paper survey, please contact anyone listed on this page.

DROP BOX LOCATIONS FOR COMPLETED PAPER SURVEYS:

This is your opportunity to influence the future of Oak Hills; our property values, the look and feel of the homes, the community soul. Our goal is to receive a response from every lot in Oak Hills. Our preference is that homeowners complete the survey. However non-resident homeowners may designate the current occupant to complete the survey on their behalf. We are also happy to assist you if you would like to complete the survey online but need access to a computer.

Results from the survey will be posted on the RDR Review website.  Please feel free to check the site often for updates on our work, the results of the survey, or to leave feedback on the Neighbor Forum.

We thank you immensely for taking your valuable time to complete this survey, and making your voice heard in this momentous process. Please feel free to contact anyone in Research and Data Collection if you have questions, or need assistance, with the survey.

Sincerely, The RDR Review Committee

Research and Data Collection Subcommittee
