2005 4th of July parade from the air

While looking for a better overhead shot of my house (to enlarge and use as a template for a new landscape plan) than the one Google has (which is B&W, and pretty old), I noticed the 2005 aerial photos available from portlandmaps.com and the Washington County maps page are sharper and in color.

I also noticed a bunch of people walking down the middle of the street (Forest).  When I panned south on Forest, there was the rest of the 4th of July parade.  The motorcycle cops were in the process of doing their thing in the intersection south of Perimeter, and the rest of the parade is lined up behind them.

So the guy that flies the survey photo plane apparently had to work on the 4th in 2005, but our parade was captured for posterity.
